A space that surprises and captivates at the same time. Old textile factory from 1930. Its recovery and transformation into a single-family home is characterized by two main challenges: the conservation of the solid brick portico that formalizes the original main structure and its opening to the outside through an opening in the roof from the inside of the building. With its 375 m2 and double heights of up to 6.5 m, it has been achieved, in addition to maintaining the original envelope and materials, a very balanced design in proportions and above all functional and adapted to the needs of the family.
